Roundtable - Gaining Strategic Advantage Using Consultants

Join in a panel discussion with some of Polk County leading HR practitoners to consider outsourcing for cost savings and for strategic benefits, yet experience shows that many HR practitioners are hesitant to involve outside contsultants when it comes to those aspects of business which could be direct impact on their organization's goals.  In this highly interactive sessions, a panel of six senior-level HR consultant assistance, forcusing on how HR practitioners can utilize outside consultants in a way that will impact the bottom line for financial benefit and ensure their organization will be enhanced by the involvment. 

Participants will be able to utilize consultants in a manner to maximize strategic initiatives within their organizations. Approved for 2 General Recertification Credits.
